About Your Doula
As a birth keeper I am called to serve families in the perinatal, birth and postpartum experiences for support in making informed choices about their birth options and maternal care.

My own experiences of birthing without access to labor support has taught me the importance of having a doula during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Surrounded by community filled with acceptance and love softens the transition into motherhood.
However, the wisdom of how to birth our babies and breastfeed has been lost in this modernized society. This disconnect leaves us void and full of self doubt. As a trained birth professional I bridge evidence based information with ancient wisdom to support women as they awaken to what is essentially with in their nature to understand. Trusting in her ability to birth exposes the birthing woman to the power of her intuition and opens a new understanding of inner guidance.
As an independent CLC and certified doula CD(DONA) I am able to serve families of all backgrounds providing professional and quality services. With over seven years of experience and trained in Spinning Babies techniques and positions for labor that help open the pelvis; I tune into the birthing process and pathways for baby to be born in the most supported way.

I look forward to connecting.

I highly recommend Ms. T as your personal Doula. Her patience, love and caring personality was beyond OUTSTANDING when assisting with bringing my first granddaughter in the world. I am very grateful that she will also be assisting my Daughter with her upcoming birth in July. I cannot thank you enough for all that you did and still doing in my family lives.

My experience was one of the most beautiful memories that I will cherish. My first pregnancy, I was a bundle of doubts and did not know my right as a mother, but Tiymarah provided the information and security that I needed so much at the time considering I did not know anything about pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding or anything for that matter. Most importantly on the most important day 19 hours of labor Tiymarah was there supporting me in every way possible, she brought all the things she knew would relax me. Kept me focused and in the zone while in contractions and lord was it hard to keep focus but she made it happen and I will never forget it. I am so greatfull she was my doula and wouldn’t change a thing . Thank you Tiymarah for your support and caring personality
